OREGON VINE PERKS PROGRAM: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

AGREEMENT TO RULES:
Participation in the Oregon Vine Perks program (the “Program”) of the Oregon Wine Board (“Sponsor”) constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

ELIGIBILITY: The Program is open only to people 21 years of age or older who are legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia. The Program is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited by law.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

  1. During the period May 1, 2020 to July 1, 2020 (the “Purchase Period”), you must spend at least $250.00 purchasing wine either produced in Oregon or produced from grapes grown in Oregon (collectively, “Oregon Wine”). The Oregon Wine can be purchased from a winery, retailer, restaurant, or website. You must retain the receipt or other proof of purchase for each Oregon Wine purchase. Multiple purchases from one or more businesses can be added together to reach the $250 purchase requirement but all receipts must be uploaded all at one time.
  2. No later than July 31, 2020 (the “Registration Deadline”), go to oregonvineperks.com to register for the Program. In addition to providing personal information such as your name, email address and mailing address, you must upload pictures or scanned copies of your receipts or other proof of purchasing Oregon Wine during the Purchase Period in the amount of at least $250.00. Sponsor will not review or honor submissions received after the Registration Deadline.
  3. Upon reviewing your submission and confirming that it meets the requirements above, Sponsor will deliver one (1) Oregon Vine Perks Pass (“Perks Pass”) to the mailing address you provided. The Perks Pass offers its holder one (1) 2-for-1 wine tasting at each Oregon winery participating in the Program. Individual participating wineries may in their sole discretion offer additional discounts or benefits for Perks Pass holders.
  4. Limit one (1) submission/Perks Pass per person. Submissions must be legible to be valid. Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for typographical or printing errors, lost, late, damaged, undeliverable or misdirected submissions. All submissions become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
  5. Perks Pass benefits are valid only at participating Oregon wineries and expire on April 30, 2021.

MISCELLANEOUS: DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW: Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Program. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Program. All disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Program shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the Circuit Court for Marion County in the State of Oregon. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

NO LIABILITY: By participating in the Program, you release Sponsor, the State of Oregon, and their employees, officers and agents from all claims of liability for damages, loss, injury or death resulting from your participation in the Program.

SPONSOR: Oregon Wine Board, 4640 SW Macadam Ave, Suite 240, Portland, OR 97239. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Program if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Program, or for any other reason as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The Program is offered by the Oregon Wine Board, a semi-independent Oregon state agency managing marketing, research and education initiatives that support and advance the Oregon wine and wine grape industry.
